Single Scan Reports
Eligible for Refund
- Technical failure: If our system fails to generate a report after payment, you will receive a full refund automatically
- Duplicate purchase: If you are charged twice for the same report, the duplicate charge will be refunded
Not Eligible for Refund
- Reports that have been successfully generated and delivered
- Dissatisfaction with the number of credential exposures found (including zero results — a clean scan is a valid result confirming no current exposure)
- Claims that exposed credentials are "already known" — our service provides point-in-time verification
Pro Guard Subscriptions
Eligible for Refund
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you cancel within 14 days and have not used the monitoring features beyond the initial scan, you may request a full refund
- Service outage: If our monitoring service experiences downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period
Not Eligible for Refund
- Cancellations after the 14-day window
- Partial month usage — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period
- Downgrades from Pro Guard to Single Scan
How to Request a Refund

- Include a brief description of the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
