Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Verusight's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Verusight provides credential exposure monitoring services that:

  • Scan publicly available breach databases and stealer log collections for credentials associated with your corporate email domain
  • Generate reports identifying exposed employee credentials
  • Provide continuous monitoring and alerts for new credential exposures (for applicable subscription plans)

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Authorized Use

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to scan the email domain(s) you submit — you must be an owner, administrator, or authorized representative of the organization that controls the domain
  • You will not use our Services to scan domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • You will use the information provided in our reports solely for defensive security purposes
  • You will not use exposed credentials found in our reports to access any systems or accounts

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
  • Use exposed credential data to access third-party systems or accounts
  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly disclose raw report data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Services
  • Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform beyond API allowances

Subscription Plans and Payments

Plans

  • Single Scan: One-time domain scan with a detailed exposure report
  • Pro Guard: Continuous monitoring with real-time alerts and unlimited scans

Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

Plan Changes

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period

Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Verusight and protected by applicable intellectual property laws
  • Your use of our Services does not grant you ownership of any content or materials
  • Reports generated for your account are licensed for your internal use only

Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Completeness or accuracy of credential exposure data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Detection of all credential exposures affecting your organization

We aggregate data from third-party sources and cannot guarantee the completeness of breach intelligence data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verusight shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your systems, even if credential exposure was identified in our reports
  • Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verusight, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of credential exposure data
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You use our Services for unauthorized purposes
  • Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Verusight operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
