Consent Mode (EU/EEA/UK)
Verusight uses Google Consent Mode v2 to manage tracking and analytics consent for users in the EU/EEA and UK:
- Default state: All analytics and advertising consent is denied by default until the user explicitly opts in
- When you first visit Verusight from an EU/EEA/UK region, you'll see a cookie consent banner
- Analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) only activates after you grant consent
- Essential cookies (session authentication) are always active as they're necessary for the service to function

Data Retention Periods
We retain data for the minimum duration necessary:

- Right to Withdraw Consent — revoke consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

Server Location
Our servers are located in the European Union. If you access Verusight from outside the EU, your data may be transferred to and processed in the EU in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
International Data Transfers
Any data transfers outside the EU follow standard contractual clauses and applicable safeguards required by GDPR.
Children's Privacy
Verusight services are intended for business use and are not available to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
