Navigating the Verusight Dashboard

An overview of the Verusight dashboard layout — Exposures, Reports, Settings, and Management pages.

Overview

After logging in, you land on the Dashboard — your command center for managing domains, viewing exposure data, generating reports, and configuring account settings.

Dashboard Home

The main dashboard page provides an at-a-glance summary of your account:

  • Account status — your current plan (Free, Single Report, or Pro Guard) and its details
  • Domain overview — how many domains you've added and their verification status
  • Quick-action button — contextual based on your setup:
    • If you have no domains added: "Add Domain" → links to Settings
    • If you have a verified domain: "Generate Report" → links to Reports page

Exposures Page

Dashboard → Exposures shows a detailed, filterable table of all credential exposures across your verified domains.

Key features:

  • Search — filter by email address, source URL, or keyword
  • Filters — narrow results by:
    • Severity level
    • Date range (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days)
    • Email domain
    • Source URL domain
  • CSV Export — download all filtered exposure data as a CSV file for offline analysis or import into your SIEM
  • Detail Panel — click any exposure row to open a slide-out panel with full details
  • Pagination — 25 items per page for performance

Reports Page

Dashboard → Reports lists all generated reports for your domains. Each report card displays:

  • Domain name
  • Report generation date
  • Exposure count
  • Risk severity score

Click any report to view the full Exposure Report. For Pro Guard users, reports accumulate monthly — you can review historical trends by comparing past reports.

Settings Page

Dashboard → Settings is divided into four sections:

Company Profile

Your registered name and email address (read-only). Your primary email is used for smart domain verification and notifications.

Domains

Add, verify, monitor, and remove domains. Each domain shows its verification status, monitoring state, and when it was added. Actions available:

  • Add New Domain — opens a modal to enter a domain name
  • Verify — for unverified domains, starts the verification flow
  • Enable — for Pro Guard users, activates continuous monitoring for a verified domain
  • Remove — permanently deletes a domain and all associated data (requires typing the domain name to confirm)

Notification Preferences

Four toggle switches to control what emails you receive:

  • New Breach Alerts — notified when a new exposure is detected
  • Critical Only — filters alerts to critical-severity findings only
  • Monthly Report — receive a summary report each month
  • Product Updates — new features and platform news

Plan

Shows your current subscription details (plan name, price, purchase date, renewal/expiration date). Includes:

  • Upgrade to Pro Guard button (for free users)
  • Manage Billing link (for Pro Guard users — opens the Polar billing portal)

Management Panel (Admin Only)

Visible only to admin users. Provides access to:

  • User management — view all registered users, search, and track activity
  • Scan administration — monitor all public and private scan activity
  • Lead tracking — view captured leads from the platform

This panel is not visible to regular users.
