Overview
Pro Guard subscribers receive automated monthly reports for each monitored domain. A background worker continuously scans for new credential exposures, and a full report is generated and delivered each month — no manual action required.
How It Works
Continuous Scanning
Verusight runs a background worker process that checks for new credential exposures associated with your monitored domains. The worker:
- Runs every 30 minutes, checking all Pro Guard domains
- Queries the latest stealer log dumps, breach database entries, and dark web sources
- Detects new credential records that weren't in previous scans
Monthly Report Generation
At the end of each billing month, the system automatically:
- Generates a full exposure report for each monitored domain
- Includes all credentials detected during the period
- Highlights new exposures since the previous report (the "New Since Last Report" metric)
- Sends an email notification with a link to view the report
Real-Time Alerts
In addition to monthly reports, Pro Guard sends immediate email alerts when new credentials are detected — you don't have to wait until the end of the month to learn about critical exposures. Alert behavior is controlled by your Notification Preferences.
Viewing Your Reports
All auto-generated reports are accessible from Dashboard → Reports. Each report card shows:
- The domain name
- Generation date
- Exposure count
- Risk severity score
Click any report to view the full details, including the exposure list, analytics, and remediation steps.
Report Comparison
Because reports are generated monthly, you can track trends over time:
- Is your exposure growing or shrinking? — Compare "Total Exposures" across months
- Are new leaks appearing? — Check the "New Since Last Report" count
- Is remediation working? — Reducing exposures after password resets indicates progress
Requirements
- An active Pro Guard subscription ($499/year)
- At least one verified and monitored domain
- Monthly reports are generated automatically — no manual scheduling needed
