Domain Limits per Account
Every Verusight account can add up to 20 domains. This limit includes both verified and pending (unverified) domains. The 20-domain cap is an abuse-prevention measure and applies to all users regardless of plan.
If you've reached the limit, you'll see the error: "Maximum 20 domains allowed. Remove a domain to add a new one."
Monitoring Slots Explained
Adding a domain to your account does not automatically start continuous monitoring. Monitoring requires:
- An active Pro Guard subscription ($499/year)
- A verified domain
- An available monitoring slot
Slot Allocation by Plan
| Plan | Monitoring Slots | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | No monitoring — free scan from homepage only |
| Single Report | 0 | One-time report, no continuous monitoring |
| Pro Guard | 3 | Included in the $499/year subscription |
| Enterprise | Custom | Based on your contract |
How Slots Work
- Each monitored domain uses one slot
- You can see your slot usage in Settings → Domains (e.g., "2 monitoring")
- When all slots are in use, you cannot enable monitoring for additional domains until a slot is freed
Adding More Slots
If all 3 Pro Guard slots are in use and you need to monitor additional domains, you can purchase additional monitoring slots at $99/year per slot.
When your slots are full, you'll see a message in Settings: "All 3 slots in use — Add a monitoring slot to protect more domains" with an "Add Slot — $99/yr" button.
Auto-Catch-Up
When you first subscribe to Pro Guard, Verusight automatically enables monitoring for your existing verified domains — up to the available slot count. You don't need to manually enable each one. This is called "auto-catch-up."
For example: if you have 2 verified domains when you subscribe, both are automatically enrolled in monitoring.
Removing a Domain
Removing a domain permanently deletes all associated data:
- All exposure reports
- All detected credential exposures
- All verification records
- The monitoring entitlement (freeing the slot for reuse)
This action cannot be undone. You'll be asked to type the domain name to confirm deletion.
After removal, the monitoring slot is freed and can be reassigned to another verified domain.
What Happens When Your Subscription Expires
If your Pro Guard subscription expires or is cancelled:
- Active monitoring stops at the end of the billing period
- Your domains remain in your account but are no longer monitored
- Previously generated reports remain accessible
- You can re-subscribe at any time to resume monitoring
