Scanning & Reports
What's included in a Single Report?
A Single Report ($249) gives you full access to one exposure report for one domain. You'll see all exposed email addresses, passwords, source URLs, leak origins, risk severity scoring, and a remediation action plan. PDF export is also included. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription required.
How does Pro Guard monitoring work?
Pro Guard ($499/year) provides continuous credential monitoring for up to 3 domains. Our system scans for new exposures every 30 minutes, sends real-time email alerts when new credentials are found, and generates a full exposure report each month automatically.
Can I scan multiple domains?
Yes. You can add up to 20 domains to your account. With Pro Guard, up to 3 domains can be actively monitored simultaneously. Additional monitoring slots can be purchased for $99/year each. Enterprise plans offer custom domain limits.
What if no credentials are found?
A clean scan is a valid result — it confirms that no credentials associated with your domain were found in our current database of 135B+ records. No refund is issued for clean scans. We recommend setting up continuous monitoring, as our database is updated constantly and new exposures could appear at any time.
How often is the database updated?
Our database is updated continuously as new stealer log dumps, breach disclosures, and dark web marketplace listings are ingested. For Pro Guard subscribers, domains are scanned against the latest data every 30 minutes.
Plans & Billing
Do you offer refunds?
Single Reports are generally not refundable because the service (scanning and report generation) is delivered immediately. Pro Guard subscriptions are refundable within 14 days if monitoring hasn't been used beyond the initial scan. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Enterprise pricing starts at $2,500/year and includes everything in Pro Guard plus: REST API access, webhook/SIEM integration, team access for up to 10 users, custom domain limits, threat intelligence analyst reports, and a dedicated account manager. Learn more.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Plan → "Manage Billing". In the Polar billing portal, find your subscription and click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256-GCM encryption for data at rest, bcrypt for password hashing, TLS for all data in transit, and HttpOnly session cookies. We never store your plaintext password or credit card numbers. Payment is processed by Polar (PCI-compliant). See How We Protect Your Data.
Do you hack into systems to get credentials?
No. We do not hack, intrude, or access any systems. Our database is built from publicly available breach intelligence — stealer log collections, breach database dumps, and dark web marketplace data that is already in public or semi-public circulation.
Account Management
Can I change my email address?

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, contact [email protected]. Your data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
